After click other option in right side of top Blog
tools option show now click to export option. (See below help image)
After click export option a small popup window will
be open now just click download blog option on this window. (See below help
image).
After complete download keep your blog backup file in
your system Drive.
This Backup / Export file is very help full for
Restore / Import Blog.
Note:-By blog backup you just get post or comments
backup you can also get your blog template backup.
